Maths and Physics are a must in oder to find out how aerodynamics works, sure practise is how you learn to fly but the RAAF doesn't let people practice with multimillion dollar aircraft unless they know their theory enough first.
You've also pretty much got to do English and a humanity (at least for NSW I think this is also so for the other states). So that'll probably be 8 of your 12 units. Something engineering related might be good, a design subject or something like that maybe electronics ('ll help with understanding avionics). depends whats available at your school. Maybe even a JST subject with a TAFE. Take your pick at what you think you'd be best at. Maths and Physics are the crucial ones.

My friend, you can ask your parents or advisor at your school to guide you, or even you can contact a call centre , they will help you contacting the Ministry of Defence.
Mainly Math and Science are the dominant course you should be good at.

The Australian Government is advertising on Yahoo.com to attract people to join the air force, so they will be glad if you contact them.

Be Proud of yourself that you are ambitious.

Match and Science are key. You need a well rounded background in math and science to succeed whether you enlist, or you choose to become an officer. Math and Science will give you the skills and bakground you need to understand the technical tasks that are required of Air Force personnel.
