EVERY DAY
I get up in the morning and go out on my deck with a cup of coffee and do "My Dailies" that's my list of long and short goals at night I do my "Nightlys" that's more a wish list and a time to go over what I accomplished I have columns made up of what I ate , what I did for exercise, what I accomplished, who I helped, how much I made. How much I spent, short range goals. I know this sounds a little anal but it is really interesting to go back to a journal of a year or two ago and see how much a plan changed or what I was thinking at the time. It has been great for me try it for a month and see a marked change in your life.

Yes, I have and I am disappointed in how I spent some of my life because I didn't experience things I should have.

No, I haven't. I'm grateful for my life and who/what is in it. That's enough for me...not everything needs to be analyzed, just enjoyed.
