When I was 14, my father got remarried. A couple years ago they had a divorce. During the time they were married, she would try and manipulate her way to getting rid of some of my dad's personal belongings. She called it useless junk. Never called any of her things junk, not even her antique loom, which she hardly used.
I remember my grandma doing the same thing with my grandpa's things, even though she'd take the left over money that was left over from paying the bills- to go to garage sales and buy other people's crap.

I've seen other couples go through this sh!t too.
WTF?

I think it should be a lot harder to get a divorce, especially if there are children involved. I'm a Christian, so the vast majority of divorces to me are sin, but I'm also a child of a fairly amicable divorce, and it totally messed me up.

Well, in Florida, no matter what when you split it's 50/50. So, in a way, the junk collector looses 1/2 their junk to the spouse anyway...
