Listen pal, these folks obviously haven't a clue. Dreams come from your thoughts at night, and you think during the day right? You can control what you're thinking about. So whats to stop you from telling yourself you won't have this dream, and changing it? It takes practice, I used to be so scared of the dark, I'd have nightmares. Then my mother told me, I could stop myself, by thinking of something else. It is possible. Just refuse to have the dreams you're having and eventually you'll be able to change them without trouble.

If your dreams are perverted like violence, sick and torturing deaths and random but oddly disgusting and unnerving things then it's just something subconscious. I have dreams like that too: Like this one dream i had was in black & white and I was walking down a street (right in the middle of the road) when this car just swerved and hit a lamppost which bent down into the shape of a six. Oddly, I didn't react at all. Then I kept walking and then this person I recognise from somewhere walked across the street and got hit with a car, he flew about 10 feet and hit the ground with a sick but muffled thud. I was scared but then I noticed that he got back up and walked towards the car. then he punched the windshield, then the windshield started bleeding. I don't know why but then I started walking towards a hotel. i walked in and walked up the stairs to the six floor. Then I walked into the first room and watched as a man leaned towards a mirror and then slipped right into the mirror. Then an alarm clock started blaring like a Air Raid Siren Then all I could see was the bleeding LCD readout on the alarm clock reading "6:66". then I woke up. If that's what your dream was like then I can relate.

Dreams are a picture of what you're thinking in your subconscience. The best way to stop, at least it was for me was to get your mind off girls and anything like that. Focus on religion, work or a hobby.
