I'd try going to outlet and discount book stores.
Maybe find an old how to book that uses vb.
A lot of those books came with free copies of vb.
Unfortunately I doubt although I will admit I could be wrong that ms will sell vb6 still.
Especially since its approaching ten years since it came out.

You can't.
It's not for sale or supported anymore.
Now, the focus is on
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
It's awesome. Better IDE.
But the downside is a pretty curved learning curve (such as printing pages and other stuff)

I don't believe you can purchase this progam any more since .NET came out. Do an internet search. You may find something there

I bet you can get it on eBay. I have a copy... but as a previous person said... it's been discontinued in favor of the .NET suite.
