if you use firefox browser,
download an exptension called video downloader
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2390/
it will let u download any embedded video from google vdieo youtube myspace etc
it will be saved in the flv format, u will need VLC player to paly these videos
if you dont use firefox,
i would suggest u dfownload firefox, its extremely good, much better than IE or OPERA

You can't download.It is just to watch.Use Limewire or Kazaa to download videos.
