PItching went to crap ,batting sucks they couldnt beat a good collage team rite now Is it time for larussa to step down or is it just personel issues? or should jocketty start cleaning up the trash ?

Nothing is up with the Cardinals, and that is the problem. They appear listless and over managed. LaRussa needs a change, and so do the Cardinals.

I hope you agree.

Well yes they have been in a slump as of late but all teams go through this. Along with the injurys id say they are just out of syinc right now. but to blame the manager is not right larussa is a classs act and besides they are in first place.

I think it's simply a case of going through a slump. During a 162 game season every team in the league is going to hit a bad patch, it's inevitable. The positive that should be looked at is that it's happening in June/July rather than September/October. As long as the Cards are peaking come fall everything will be fine.

I'm a die hard Reds fan so its good to see the Cardinals having a bad stretch. I just hope the Reds can take advantage and gain as much ground as they can before the Cardinals start playing better again because its only a matter of time before they do start playing better. I haven't been watching the up date on the cardinals, and im a fan of them also, besides Kansas City. They were #1.

Baseball is a marathon season... they are still like 80 games left.

But, it's okay because Cincinnati may take the division.

offence slowed down at a bad time. there pitching is awful and they need to find a way to get some pitching.
