I don't know personally but associations may be a good avenue to explore. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you'll inevitably have as well as many you haven't anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.

It can be very demanding but no more than any other style of quality accommodation. You will need to meet your customer's expectations about your facility but that is normal for all businesses.

One item to consider is if there are restrictions on the appearance of your building or any code issues looming in the future.

Your willingness to accept the stereotype of your "historic" will be a major consideration. Plus, how willing will your bank or lender be (assuming a mortgage at some time if not now) to work within these restrictions.

It's still fun though!!
