Welllllllllllllllll your saliva breaks up food along with the amino acids in your tum tum. However your stomach is on a schedule to move the food, and whether or not its ready to leave aint a matter of opinion. So say you took a bite of something solid like a hunk of meat and and just swallowed it. Wellllll there is a good chance that by the time your stomach moves it to get shipped to your intestines, that it will still be pretty solid given what usualy comes out your rectum, thats the fancy word for butt. So chew you food and expect better digestion, less stomach aches, and a more efficent body.

As per books it is must to chew for 20 times, but that would mean we shall spend maximum of our day just having food, so some harmless shortcuts are okay like the food definitely needs to be chewed till you can swallow and you dont compalin about indigestion, so enjoy eating!

yes. Chewing your food helps in partial breakdown and digestion of food substances. Combined with salivary amylase (dont bother knowing what this is), some starch and sugar are already digested in your mouth. When you swallow the food as boli (well-chewed lump of food), it is easier for the digestive enzymes in your stomach, pancreas, intestines etc to digest the food and therefore absorb and assimilate the necessary nutrients. Sometimes, not chewing the food to well may cause indigestion, and nutrients are wasted because they are not absorbed well in the intestines and pass out in your feces.

yes it is bad. people are supposed to chew everymouthfull 20 times. Your mouth is the first part of your digestion system. the mouth is suppose to process food into a more manegable size for the stomach. without its help it is hard for the stomach to break down the material for absorbtion. the stomach has to work harder, which could lead to digestive problems

Digestion of food begins in the mouth. If you swallow things whole, that's all the more work your stomach is going to have to do. Give your stomach a break, and it will be nice to you.
