the advantages= you're arrogant
the disadvantages= you're self esteem is so low you'd rather cut yourself apart, facing infections, disfigurement and taking a doctor who should be helping sick people away from a true profession. Give your money for your plastic surgery to charity, they'll be happier and maybe you will too. No one is ugly, we're all beautiful in our own way. Don't be an arrogant prick who needs to change one little thing about themselves to make themselves feel better. Don't be so low on yourself that you would EVEN consider getting plastic surgery and DIE

Sometimes plastic surgery is a good thing but the disadvantages of that is a lot of things can go wrong that wasn't anticipated and thus things can go terribly wrong so fast. If you can stand the pain and get the right surgen to do the surgery that has a great reputation I say go for it but do your homework before the time.

One of the disadvantages is scarring. It is a major surgery so death is always a possibility.
Honestly though, if I had the money, I would be in the doctors office in a heartbeat.

It depends on the type of plastic surgery and why you want to do it. If it's more cosmetic -- take time to rationalize whether the outcome will be beneficial to your well-being.

advantage is you probably would look better disadvantage is it may not look right on you they have a chance of messing up.

if a face is injuried, it can be replaced with plastic surgery.
But
If a face is not injuried and it is replaced with plastic surgery.
It's horrible.
