I need to know what to wear to an exhibtion of paintings or something, and I am going to a mall before that I have never been to. I need to know what to wear, that would be something classy, but something casual, and comfortable because o fthe mall later. It's a windy day, and I just can't decide! Kind of chilly to.

In my opinion, if you wear a chic pants (Maybe a white or dark green Bermuda will work as well) with low heel shows (Round headed ones) and a beige blouse (most preferred long sleeves) which is some kinda fashionable should be a cute, casual, fancy and trendy dress. If your hair is long, you can just let them be on your shoulders...For painting exhibition you should look some kind of intellectual! so an umbrella and dark glasses is a MUST! Well if i were you I'd wear a dress something long, a shoal and high heels or
a skirt just above the knee, perfect with knee high boots a polar-neck top with a nice neck-lace and a long coat (very long) , with this your hair should be up, some thing simple but elegant. Oh and do wear make-up, but not too much its only there to make you feel good and helps you look good (don't for get that)

Something classical not too over the top if its a night thing you should wear a dress of skirt combination. Smart pants for a day function

The choice is to go with a cocktail dress that is sexy. Red is a greate colour. You will make a statement and be comfortable at the same time.
