When we are using head phone we can not listen our talking so we talk loudly untill we listen our own talking

When we listen to music via headphones, our our mind naturally wants to hear itself, thus making us try to talk over the music.

When you don't have your headphones on, you can hear yourself speak. The brain has evolved a mechanism where it quickly adjusts the volume of your speech based on whether you can hear yourself talk or not.

When you have your headphones on, you have fooled your brain into thinking that you're speaking too softly.
