For one thing, you've been to one
Also, for one thing, you are a computer n00b because
for one thing, you used IE.... WHY! Don't ever use IE, only
FireFox. Also, get google packs, it includes a Norton Anti-Virus 2005/6 for 6 month, which should be able to get rid of that disgusting
porno ad.
Also, I suggest you do these.
FORMAT THE COMPUTER (means reinstalling windows)
Install ZoneAlarm (Pro recommended but not enough $$, then just get the free personal edition)
then get GooglePacks, which will have Norton Anti-Virust for 6 month. A great deal!
Then your comp should be safe. Don't install any other security programs. But note that if you get the home edition of ZoneAlarm, then get this app
Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition 1.06
http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10399602.html?tag=lst-6-3
But other than that, don't get any program unheard of.
Don't install Any microsoft stuff. It's just named cleverly stupid.
Hope that helps
Also, that should get you safe from pornographic ads till you actually visit them.
Then there will be spam and other bullsh1t

You have spyware.
Antiviral.
AVG free. Excellent protection available from: http://www.Grisoft.com
Don't use two antiviral products together as they may be incompatible. If your Antiviral trial has run out, then remove product from your computer and get the AVG installed.
Anti-spyware
Essential products are: Adaware SE from: http://www.lavasoft.com
Spybot SD http://www.safer-networking.org/en/spybotsd/index.html
Spywareblaster http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html
Windows Defender - from Microsoft downloads.

You are infected with spyware:
1. Download Ewido, http://www.ewido.net/en/download/ , install, open program, check for updates, restart computer, press F8 before windows logo appears, select safe mode, open Ewido, run full system scan. let Ewido delete all it finds.
----------------------
2. Also download Windows Defender Beta from http://www.microsoft.com/ . Install and do a full scan and restore internet explorer settings
----------------------
3. If the two above do not work to rid of the problem:
Download and Install HiJackThis.
http://www.majorgeeks.com/HijackThis_d3155.html
Copy and paste your log to:
http://www.hijackthis.de/index.php?langselect=english
Click ANALYZE
Look for NASTIES and delete from HiJackThis

press ctrl-alt-del to see what applications are running. you should find this new page on the list. highlight and delete it.
note the name and search for that same name - i bet its been installed into your program files folder. right-click this new file (probably -exe, right?) select delete and that should do it.
good luck.

cos someone has been surfing naughty stuff on your pc and probably downloaded an active X control which is giving you a dial up to that site.
You need to get rid of it from your computer control panel.
