Are there gigantic caves underground, that have no surface access?

How big can a cave get??

Do tectonic plates have caves betweeen them???

It is conceivable that subterranean "voids" occasionally appear; the dimensions of such voids would depend on many factors, not the least significant of which would be the volume of the material filling such a void.

For instance, magma could heat a pocket of natural gas, causing local expansion of the gas to produce a relatively hollow region under the surface, without venting.

Some of the pockets forming the Spanish Canary Islands (La Palma is a good example) are apparently sealed from the surface. Some of the pockets are now accessible through man-made tunnels, but before that, there was apparently no access; however, it is believed these pockets were formed through vulcanism.

A cave can get as big as 20+ football pitches, e.g: Sarawak Chamber

Yes, Tectonic Plates have caves between them.
