Let's say, a html website with 10-20 pages for a small/medium sized business. No backend database/programming.

Well, it really depends on what kind of designer you are and your approach to work. For me personally, if I were to get a project like this, I would spend a day generating ideas and producing the design, 2 days building the site and another day testing the site to make sure it's web compliant and works on a variety of web browsers. So in total, it'll take me 4 days.

Several hours for me, if I need to create all the graphics for it from scratch. I go crazy choosing the perfect shade of colours. =P Otherwise, probably a couple of hours maximum.

But it depends on whether you're good at HTML or the web design programs you work with.

Less than an hour for the design template xhtml/css

Then to add the content if it is all supplied a couple of hours depending on the quality and formatting required.

it depends on what program you are using. if you are using a professional web editor, it will take you 1-20 hrs depending on the content size. else it might take more time.

to design it ? probably 15 minutes to an hour depending on complexity of content

to implement it ? maybe 10 hours maybe 10 days depending on content and its availability

if u r using prof app likie dreamwaver i think it will be fast ... ok u r seems to be a new in web design so it will take 2-3 days i think .
