they told me that cant have a person that have a baby becasue can call at any time saying that cant go to work because the baby is sick.is this discrimination????

My take would be yes...this is discrimination. They could not hire you for a dozen reasons, but if they came right out and said it was because of your child, contact the Dept. of Labor.

Depends on your state I would suppose call the local or state goverment and check it out

If having a child was one of their issues then YES it is. Get yourself a lawyer, They might be able to help you.
