Murder is legal in war. Humans killing other Humans because they are commanded and conditioned. Check with those who still have dreams resulting from wars which they have killed or wittnessed killing.

if tht was the case, i wonder how many of us wd still exist ..
being able to kill someone in a moment of fury without any repurcussions wd be so simple, but i guess tht small li'l thing called 'conscience' would give me a lot of trouble, id rather stay away frm it,

on a biological aspect, yes. just the ones who take up space and don't give anything back to humanity. i.e. repeated sex offenders, and others like that.
