Sounds like he just doesn't want to make a commitment, maybe he's leaving his options open. Getting married doesn't stop the love. If you love each other before marriage you will love each other after. Can't tell you what to do that is some thing you have to figure out for your self.

If you think he's telling the truth, than just don't get married. It's really just an overrated and very expensive party.

My wife and I are thinking of getting a divorce, because after 4 years of marriage we understand that our love is so mature that we don't need a marriage to have kids, grow old together and have a wonderful life!!!!

Love cannot be done by force. It is eternal feeling. If he feel that marry could spoil the relationship then you can't and you should not force him to marry.
the only thing you have to do is to start avoiding him, ignore his presence etc. etc. The day when he feel that he can't live without you then he will turn towards you to marry.
Bcs. this kind of love relation can only live upto one's marraige whether he or you. Bcs. after marriage your husband will never tolerate your bf to love you and you yourself have to love only one i.e. your husband to live a happy life.

Thats how I feel with my GF. Whats the point in getting married. Arnt you happy now? Will you love him more if you marry? Its only a scrap of paper, what do you need it for? He will love you just as much now as he does after getting married.

Dump his ***, Until he is ready to commit you need to let him go.
He doesn't take your relationship seriously if he's saying that. (why buy the cow when you get the milk for free??? I suggest you stop the "dairy deliveries". See if he likes that, tell him you are going abstinant until he marries you and he will either let you see his true side, or give in and propose.

But at this point is he really worth it at all anymore?

Move on if it bothers you. Getting married isnt going to make you love each other any more.

There are many people who think that way.
Unfortunatly, if your boyfriend doesn't want to get married, you cannot change his mind, you'll have to respect his decision. If it's too hard for you, you'll probably have to break up with him. In my case, I want to get married, and if my boyfriend was like you I'd have no choice but lave him, because I'd feel unhappy. good luck!
