Avocado on the skin is really good, so is banana, doesnt sound great though. sliced oranges are good for oily skin, but watch it doesnt go near your eyes. also watch you dont have a food allergy to any of them.drink lots of water its the best thing to keep the skin clear.xx

...never realised skin smothered in avocado or mango looks good. It's either just green and slimy or orangey and slimy to me.

Rather just eat the fruit. 5 portions a day...

use lots of citric fruits and rub the skin of oranges or lemon on for face for good result and if u can find Turmeric , soak it in water for overnight and rub the turmeric on any flat stone to grind it to a smooth pulp and add any good aromatic oil and apply it and leave it to dry for 1 hour before a shower and for best result if u can add Neem leaf to the turmeric paste it will give best reslut in one months time

mango and avocado. wet green tea bags are good to use on your skin. eating anything high in antioxidants (like most fruits and vegetables) is helpful to your skin.

its not a fruit but it is really good!!! Porridge oats soaked in a bit of warm water... leave it on your face for about 15min, you'll see the difference straight away!
