Definately!!! But some people manage to look very sexy in red lipstick. But i'd prefer 2 stick 2 gloss all the way

depends, really.
if you have fair skin, it looks fine on you.
but remember to minimise your make up when you wear bright red lipstick. you want to focus on the lips, so simple natural touch on eyes and cheek.
the best hair style to go with it is elegance up do or ponytail.
dont go with messy hair down, you'll look like a stripper.
for outfit, you can match with simple red dress, or black dress with red purse.

im from ireland and rite now d 50s glam look is in big time poka dots pencil skirts black eyeliner wit flicks and yes red lippy so no i dont tink its scary
