Eric Estrada is Bankrupted, he has no more cash, so the people it the info-merical did him a sweet deal that he could not refuse. Thats why he is doing all those commericals of selling property.

i think it is a hoax. just think of all the money some people will be out.obviously estrada is broke and will do anything for money.i have seen ads by him in 3 different areas so far.dont be fooled.

Disgusted. Looks like that area or property should of been left alone for wildlife. I feel it won't be long now a tornado or storm wipes it out.
I have seen that game show host Chuck Woolery do the same thing. More disgust!

I think he must not have invested his "C.H.I.P.S'' paychecks in very good stock or something. OR, they are paying him such a wad of cash he couldn't say no. But it is sad to see one of my old tv heros hawking on a commercial. ( hmmph!)
