I had the same problem. They have a office either on the right or left as soon as you get into the park that you can complain in person and there are a few websites that you can go to vent but I was unable to find anything that was a direct link to complaints

Add more information, you have to be more specific. Disney owns a myriad of companies including ABC TV. What specifically do you want to complain about?
