Most times wen you buy a mp3 player or an usb stick, it comes whit software. Most of the time you don't need this but sometimes you do. Did you try to install the software? And if you did did you start up you computer again after that? And if this isn't working, make sure that the files you send to your muvo are really MP3. If this all don't work, i don't know the answer. Gr Neeemo666.

1. Find an mp3 that play on the muvo, note the name.
2. Look at the muvo with the pc. Find the mp3 that plays. Note the folder it is in.
3. Find the mp3's you want on the pc. COPY THEM.
4. Go to the muvo and find the folder that has the mp3's that play. Open the folder.
5. PASTE the files into that folder.

;-D Hope it works!
