Goto Start > Settings > Control Panel > Power Options > Select the Hibernate Tab > Untick the Enable Hibernation box.

I don't know much about dell but most of the pre configured system builders have some type of utility that they bundle up with the system to turn this type of thing off. Otherwise I would look at th control panel in the power options I think you might find the thing you are looking for in there, if not look in your Basic input output system (BIOS) there may be an option in there also.

Go to your CONTROL PANEL in the start menu
Look for the POWER OPTIONS icon...
in there is the option to turn off hibernation & some other stuff.

While on your desktop right click select properties and if you look under power management or something similar you should be able to disable that.

Use your BIOS to un do hibernate.
