Contact GMTV Dr Valerie Jones had just done a piece on there about sun creams. He said that the once a day creams are not as good as they make out because they come off during swimming and towelling down afterwards and sweating will reduce their effectiveness.

must be clothes - besides that youd need to put every sunscrean on more than once a day if you sitt in the sun for a longer time....
