We used Hyland's teething tablets and they are great. In really bad cases, we've given our daughter one dose of tylenol at 4:00pm and then at 7pm when she is ready for bed, we give her hyland's tablets and hyland's gel. She sleeps through the night even during her worst teething episodes. When it's not so bad and she's inly fussing a little, we give her just the hyland's and she is fine.

We also used the Hyland's tablets, and they did work. We also used the colic ones with success.
I was worried that they were tablets, but they dissolve very quickly in the baby's mouth and are sweet, so the baby doesn't mind them.
They are calming and seemed to help.

My daughter liked them, they seems to work pretty decently. I would give you four tablets, rub a little gel on her gums, and if it is REALLY bad (like when she cut her first molars) I gave her half a dose of Tylenol (baby Tylenol).

yes, most of the time.. but for the more difficult breakthroughs, such as molars, it doesn't seem to help much.
