No. there will be others and others asking that question for years from now but the newest games are always one the block for that question.....
Now if you look at the greatest sales and most sold copies of its time one might conjecture that "The Legend of Zelda" the original was one of the greatest video games of all time.
But to speculat on the posiblities that a game that is comming out is the greatest would be inposible to tell.... due to the fact that in 5 years or less there will probably be something better

Could be. The DS version should prove to be one of the best Zelda games ever. Looking forward to the release date.

That all depends on who you talk to. I hate ALL Zelda games, so, in my opinion, it will not be any good. However, if you like Zelda games, then it might very well be. To each his own!
