Because to really understand the question it helps to be able to read it with out translation. This is especially true when someone ask a question like what does this mean, and its spelled incorrectly or put in such a manner no one can understand it.
To many people ask a question which they format in their head but do not write it all down missing an important part of the question.
Typign errors are no problem in the question is in English

Lol because we're pedants. I am anyway. A statement could say "The worlds going to end in ten second's" and I won't even notice what the sentence says until after I notice the apostrophe problems! It irritates the hell out of me. I'm therefore inclined to mention that before I answer a question. Otherwise it nags at me... I've been warned by psychologists that I score too highly on a perfectionism scale lol, so i am aware it is actually a problem...

Because they can't actually ask the question in hand, then they get angry about that, then decide to slag off how you spell. I always take care to spell correctly, which I do away from Answers anyway, because I don't like spelling mistakes. But I don't go around moaning at people because of the way they have asked a question.
Deliberate mistake: typign, should be typing.

Well I don't - because I get a lot of typos, especially when I type fast because I'm excited !!
I guess its quite easy to change typos and spellings with the spell check, and some people get irritated by anything that isn't perfect!!!
Personally I think the question itself is the most important thing, what are a few typos between fiends?

Cos they just want the two points and they're probably petty people who feel superior pointing out the irrelevant syntax errors of others. They'll be the same people who repeat what you say if you slightly mispronounce a word or or get two words round the wrong way, like if you say "mobile shop phone" instead of "mobile phone shop". They're just trying to make themselves look clever at someone elses expense.

Because enough typign (sic) errors are annoying. But people who pick on spelling just because they don't know the answer and still need some way to feel superior are even more annoying.

Thanx 4 challengeing.
If everyone decided 2 spell words their way, there will be too many scripts & a complete communication breakdown.
& spelling errors are irritating in the same way as fashion mismatches, & pronunciation errors.

because those who do that are here answering questions prolly because they're frustrated with their lives and have got nothing else to do and so they just take their frustrations out on the asker of the question by pointing out the silly "typign" errors!

Its typing not typign. And we pick up the spelling errors because its common sense to use the spell check.
