not able to go to the gym, start walking at least once a day. Walk around in your neighborhood, local park, back yard, do the yard work, anything, you just need to get active. Once your motabolism get going then you will start losing more weight/fat. Make sure youare eating, starving will not help you.

No success in weight loss treatment using any method, till liver is changed from fat generator to fat burner!
