It's unlikely you can.

Schools are only obligated to keep exams for a year or two. Universities might keep them for up to 5 years. After that they are disposed of.

Exams of record (LSAT, MCAT and the like) keep exam results for 5 years, as I recall. Professional exams (like those for medical licensing) might keep them on record permanently, you would have to check with the governing body.
