what kind of Theames are BEST for a parties all ideas welcome :-)?

its my 21st and i cant seem to please everyone
cause some do not want to dress up HELP

Edward Fortyhands. Everyone gets a forty duct-taped to each hand. You can only take a bottle off if you drink it all. It makes it interesting when someone has to goto the potty and still has a forty stuck to each hand.
