I been buying a new flat panel HDTV since January 23rd. of this year, 1per month my last one was in May. I'm now awaiting the upcoming rest; Sony's BRAVIA KDL-46XBR3, Hitachi's Ultravision Director's Series 42HDX99 and Toshiba's Regza 47LX196. No special occasion, just renovating TVs.
