There is nothing in girls that make looks girls beautiful, its only the amount ot testeron level the girl can kick in a male make her look that more attractive and beautiful.
More The amount of testesteron the girl kicks in a boy she is more beautiful and most important Beauti is a realtive word so there is no standrad parameter for measuring beauty.
For someone the same girl may be beautiful but for me she may not be

Besides.. if girls really want to look beautiful, there is always an option of plastic surgery..

I think it's personality. Someone can have beautiful external features, but a black ugly heart and soul, and that effects how you view that person!
