sit-ups are really the best way, do them everyday and you'll see FAST results. the one that really does the trick, in addition to the basic sit-ups, is when you lie on your back, legs flat on the floor, then try lifting both legs using your stomach muscles. it's difficult at first i have to admit, but it'll get easier the more you do it, just make sure you take it easy at first because it also uses your back muscles so be careful. i do about twenty a day and they really work those lower abdomen muscles that are hard to reach with regular sit-ups. the regular sit-ups are also important for the side muscles and the upper abdomen muscles. good luck!!

Eat right....get enough of what your body needs and exercise. 3 to 4 times a week at least. Focus on all over body toning. Do lower body one day and upper body the next. You can do abs every other day if you like. Do pilates....and do aerobic workouts, bike riding or jogging.
