not really, but there are other things you can do with it. if you think about the content, half of DNA, it really doesnt do much other than provide genetic information to meld with the other information left in the egg

From what I know the development of sperm initiates puberty...this means that a hormone got released (GnRH) and it got processed in the brain to start the process of puberty. Once this was achieved, the continual process of regenerating sperm is done so that the body can maintain homeostasis and continue hormone regulation. If your hormones are not in check it can result in defects within the sperm, obesity or weight fluctuation, liver or pancreatic problems and etc. Hormones, especially after puberty, control and maintain many of the functions within our body and if they get altered even the slightest bit, it can have a huge effect on the body. Such as steroids, which are hormones in a pill form, can cause muscles to grow because it provides extra growth hormones.
Another thing sperm is used for is DNA, without sperm genetic information cannot be passed down to a child, and the sex of the baby cannot be determined without the sperm. Since sperm carry an XY chromosomes and eggs carry and XX chromosome.

I have heard that it can help to start labor in a full-term pregnant woman.
i.e. The couple has sex and the man ejaculates inside the woman. It only works if the baby is ready to come out. So, there is exceedingly little chance of it causing preterm labor. After all, if that were the case the species certainly wouldn't have survived very long! ;-)
Also, of note .... orgasm in the mother & nipple stimulation are also reported to help get labor going. But, as with most things it doesn't work all of the time. Each woman's body and each pregnancy is different.
I've also heard that the baby's brain will send a message to the mother's body telling her when s/he is ready to come out. I think it was a hormone that the baby releases or something like that. Anytime before that the baby might not be ready to come out in terms of having fully developed breathing capacity, etc. ... That's one of the reasons that having an elective ceasarian is frowned on by many in the birthing community.... not to mention the increased risk of infection & the other risks associated with having major, abdominal surgery.
The baby communicating to the mother when s/he is ready to come out is just one of the ways that they communicate. The baby's suck tells the mother's body how much milk it needs to make, if the baby needs more antibodies to fight off a cold (communicated through glands on the aereola), what type of milk the child needs according to hunger/thirst and development. It's incredibly dynamic and amazing that science can never duplicate what mother nature has perfected.
Oh, and in the vein of humor .... It seems like I saw in some movie, TV show or comic that it makes an interesting alternative to hair gel. ;-)
There was an experiment that some guy did (and posted about on-line) where he used semen on one side of his face and moisturizer on the other side of his face for a month to see if it works at all as a moisturizer. I think he concluded that it didn't work very well at all and made his skin rather dry. But, it sure was funny to read!!! :) Maybe someone will remember where to find it and post it here for you.

You could maybe use them as nanorobots: is you could harness there chemotaxis, you could send them into tiny machines with little nuts and bolts, maybe little cogs and gears.
You could give them little workmens hats, how sweet....
