While hearing my thoughts, do you actually see some of them?
I've been getting weird vibes from people. I'm saying nothing in mind, but I'm imagining things, and they act weird around me afterwards.
That's why I ask those two questions.
1. Do you see my thoughts sometimes? Like, get a telepathic vibe?
2. And, should I abstain from thinking too many visual things about someone nearby or someone that I know?

People don't go around with little thought bubbles over their heads but they do give a lot of clues as to what they are thinking. It does not take a psychic to decide that you might think a guy or girl is cute if you blush a little when they go by or look just a little longer at them.
Unless it is getting in the way of things, then some level of imagination is not only ok, but actually rather healthy for you. If it gets in the way, such as dominating your every moment or interfering with relationships, then it's time to tone it down a notch or two. On the other hand, if its about one person in particular, and the circumstances are right, it could be the time to let your dreams become realities.
Of course, if you feel a little guilty, people will pick up on it and respond to it. Even if they don't, you may perceive that they do, which can haunt you a bit.

obvious it is okay to imagine romantic things atleast we are not going to hurt any body but u must restrict ur thoghts as it will change ur mind sometime as u give most of the ur time to think about it. so think it and take pleasure but dont hurt others

No people don't what you are thinking. You just think they know....
Yes it's wonderful to have romantic thoughts. I still have them. It's great to daydream. Write you daydreams and thoughts down and save them. Maybe one day you can take your day dreams and thoughts and write a book.

Theres nothing wrong with fantasising. They can't read your mind, they just might be offput by the funny faces you make while you are fantasising.

It's okay to have romantic thoughts about others but don't start thinking really sexual thoughts about them, following them, stalking them, planning your life with them, etc. etc. (scary lol)

we are human, we cannot read other peoples thought unless you have a very expresive face
