Donate to the Baha'i Faith.

Invest in an independent of government, universal grammar schools open to anyone and everyone that will teach and never cut math, science, communication, history, art, music, sports, economics, and basic living skills. It will encourage independent thought, teach children to question everything, explore all possibilities, and the confidence to make up their own minds.

'Course, might take a few more bucks than the offered million, but think it's a worth while investment.

Half will go to my retirement, help for my siblings, my mother and some relatives who needs financial aid. The other half will be given to poor churces in my country of origin, i will form an association to help poor children who would like to attend school or finish college, improve their livelihood by providing jobs ( handicrafts, food preservation, etc) and assist people who would like to work overseas to give their family a better future. I will also distribute help by giving food ration, used clothes, medicines, vitamins and vaccines to the new born babies. My other plan is to put a health centers that would cater to the needy. Given the chance, i will do it pervently with sincerity and dedication.

I'd buy myself and the rest of my family a house and lot where we can all stay together.

I'd put up trust funds for my daughter, nephews and niece.

I'd open a small business where I can earn our daily expenses.

The remaining amount I will save for rainy days. :)

Give it to a charity - there are no taxes.

Above $1M donations cost an additional 3% of your income to donate, i.e., $30K per million donated.
