why does america not legalize marijuana... in my opinion i think getting high is safer that drinking, does anyone feel the same way or is everyone just against mariuana. and if you are against it why is it so bad? i dont support being drunk driving or being high driving but if i were to choose i would much rather have someone be high driving... why the **** dont we legalize the ****

Some places are choosing to look the other way, and have very liberal laws reguarding marijuana. West Hollywood is now taking this approach. It's only a matter of time before it becomes legal.

I agree with you it is better than alcohol. I do not live in the states but the country and state I live in does not legalise it. I think that the government will be making a lot of tax on it if they legalised it. I would rather pay 10 percent tax or more than to go to jail for something so mild.

I agree they should legalize marijuana. It results in fun times. They should leagalize it but make it illegal to drive while under its influence just like alcohol.
People say it shouldn't be legal because it is addictiveve but so is alcohol and ciggarets but they are both legal.
