One reason could be the friction of the sandal. Another reason could be your skin is dry and when you put the weight on it the moisture your skin is naturally trying to produce comes out in blisters because the skin is broken down.

Go to your local shoe shop and ask them for something to be fitted, which will correct the way your foot fits into the shoe. his is the only reason you get blisters - your foot isn't fitting correctly. If this doesnt help, buy new shoes.

You need to buy comfortable shoes that are the right size, in good, natural materials. Cheap plastic sandals, or sandals that are the wrong size, will cause blisters.

what these people or or on the inside of the strap you could put clear nail polish if it dosent work you could put a thin layer of old sock cut it and sow it to the back of the strap where your foot goes
