actually 2nd trimester is the easiest. the big doses of hormone are evening out and you wont feel so tired after a while. the 3rd trimester is the worst part, thats when you get uncomfortable and really miserable. good luck tying your shoes right. all those little things you take for granted. i could bearly bend over to pick up anything. when i got out of the hospital i came home and went on a cleaning spree. now i dont get so enthused about it but you are now entering the best part of pregnancy, you will feel more movement and yah some women love being pregnant cuz they are so overwhelmed with the thought of experiencing the making of life. if you are in your 1st trimester you have a long way to go!!! when ever i felt like crap i did other things to take my mind off of it. like shopping for clothes and picking out names and getting the nursery ready. dont get too down now. it could be because of the heat too.

I was like you and I had one child that lived and the 2nd died from KEL, which is a blood disorder. I couldn't love being pregnant, but I do love the children from that experience. My son is my best achievement in life. You will find that you will be the same way.
I have a friend here that has 15 children and she is always pregnant. I think she just doesn't like the monthly problem so she just stays that way. She says she feels wonderful when she's pregnant. Well, wonder how she will feel when she needs to start putting these kiddos through college? She's a terrific mom and has the best behaved kids I've ever met. Her oldest is 17....yikes
You will never like being pregnant, but you will like the outcome, trust me.....go with the flow, it's worth it in the end!

Well I never enjoyed the beached whale feeling at the end. Your 2d trimester should be better, but for some it is not. Generally though you will feel better, and not as tired. If you can take naps when you are tired. If you are working, find a spot to rest for a bit in afternoons. I used to rest on the floor of my office with all the lights off in the afternoons when I could. It revived me enough to finish the day.

I had alot of nausea during my pregnancy but I loved being pregnant! One of the best parts of being pregnant was when I felt my daughter move or when she had hiccups! I know that you feel aweful now but you may start feeling better after you go into your second trimester. My second trimester was the best part of my pregnancy. The first and third trimester were aweful because of my morning sickness.

It's wierd, 'cos some people love it and some hate it.
I adored being pregnant, I felt healthy, beautiful, womanly and I did love the attention!!
However, when I got to the last 2 weeks, I started to get really grumpy and I kind of felt like the baby was taking over my body (like an alien...), I even got stressed putting my mascara on!
I'd say enjoy it, one thing I didn't miss was my periods - think of it like that!!

Most women like looking forward to having a child for a person they love, they love expecting the child & shopping for the baby, but I can't tell you if it will ever get better b/c you'll probably think everything is yucky. But don't you like the cravings, etc.!

I personally feel that the pregant woman is one of the most beautiful figures around. Knowing that she has a tiny life inside her, depending on her for nine months is an amazing thought, I think.

Different strokes for different folks. Some women don't have painful pregnancies while some do.
