DWAYNE WADE ALL THE WAY! Wade carried Shaq and the rest of the Heat to the promised land almost singlehandedly, unlike Kobe who just relied on a younger Shaq and his dominance inside the paint w/c led to double and triple teams thus resulting in easy scoring opportunities for Kobe.

Kobe is probably the best player to watch, and he's so entertaining the way he's able to dominate teams by himself. Wade has an extremely bright future and is one of the league's top players, but if you put D-wade on the court with the players Kobe had to play with, you'll see that the Lakers would not be as far. In 5 years however, D-Wade will be one of the faces of the NBA, and possibly the next Jordan though no one could ever come close to MJ's legacy.

All hands down and feet upto Dwayne Wade.
I'm not being biased here... I'm just saying what's really on my mind.
D-Wades better because the man knows when to take the steering wheel and also knows when to take the back seat.
D-Wade's humble, as opposed to Kobe Bryant who thinks the L.A. Lakers is a one-man team.
D-Wade knows how to create plays, actually, good plays for his teammates, not just for himself.
He's flexible, and most importantly, very spiritual.
(Did you know that 105 of what Wade earns from the NBA is donated to a Christian foundation? Well, now you know, holla!)
This just boils down to one sub-conclusion:
D-Wade is a good key player,
Kobe Bryant is good on his own, but does not make a good player when team synergy is needed.
Well, basketball is not about winning a game on one's individuality... basketball is a game of teamwork, cooperation, synergy. You don't win games just because you keep on scoring on your own without creating a play that would enable your teammates to take their share of the shots.
And, Dwayne Wade's not gonna be just another Jordan-copy or Jordan-wannabe... he has a style of his own, although there are some likeness as to that of Michael Jordan's... but at the end of the day, Wade is still the unique player-and-person that he really is.

Wade, but not by a great deal. Both are explosive, but Wade has a willingness to play within the system more than Kobe, and that leads a stronger all around game. Kobe on pure talent though is probably the stronger player.

If I was going to start a new franchise today and could take one player in the NBA. It would be D-Wade. Complete player, down to earth and plays for his team. Kobe is all about Kobe. He's good and probably the best player in the NBA right now. But D-Wade is the best way to start a team and complete one.

Kobe Bryant is the best, Wade is not even between the 3 best players.

in my opinion, kobe is still better than d-wade overall today, however you have to take into consideration that wade is still a work in progress, he is still developing and kobe at almost 30 years old is nearing its peak. if i'm gonna be ask about this very question 3 years down the road, i wouldn't surprise myself if i'm gonna pick dwayne wade over kobe.
