yes-it starts working the first time you take it but takes about 30-45 minutes to kick in.
it's a time released tablet lasting up to 24 hours to relieve allergy and hayfever symptoms

I would have to answer "No".
I took Clarinex (1 a day) for about 6 months and was still having quite a bit of daily congestion and flem, so I stopped taking it.

its supposed to work when you take it...i have never had any success with it...it doesnt help me but my husband likes it
