What it is NOW is a day for people to get drunk, pack on a few pounds from all the crap they stuff in their faces, blow their fingers off with fireworks and forget what it really stands for!

It is the American National Independence day...from whence Americans in the past declared themselves free of British rule. the link below is for the Declaration of independence... Most business are closed but some still open for work...in most places celebration take place around the country by use of Fire works and parades
