I once pondered that question myself many times. I went to person to person asking it. They all said you know it's ture love. Some answer eh? So I went to my movie collection and Peter OToole told me what the answer was. Here were his two answers:
"Scientifically of corse. Use the love formula. Add up the number of times you think about yourself each day. Subtract from that the number of times you think of yourself each day. If the remainder is more the person and less yourself then it's love. What's so particularly neat about this formula is that a lot plogs in beautifully." Then he combated it with the uncertainty principle "You can never know anything." LOL
But the best answer he gave was by sayin three words:
"The Big Picture"
The Big picture simply put in laymans terms as best I can tell you (and it's the better of the two answers came from his Protege:
"I keep trying to find the Big Picture but I'm just so full of love for Barbara I keep missing it."
What makes you think you're missing it. Barbara I must be off. But I'm going to leave you in the hands of this young lover who tells me that he sees his unborn children in your eyes. He will talk to you of this, this loving you both share. He will sing, dance, shout, murmur to you. He will tell you awful jokes. He will strive with all his might to reach you in whatever way he can and nothing will stop him but you." He looks to his young friend.
"We're going to do it Harry."
"No, you are going to do it. Talk to Barbara. Words can be wonderful things."
P.S. my young friend Barbara was in a coma and the young mans love for her helped to bring her out of it. True love is a feeling that is so great that nothing anyone says or does can sway you from the feeling that you have. You will strive with all of your might to do for them that which no one else can.
One last thing:
The person who promises you the world will never give it to you because they don't love you. The person who promises you nothing will love you with allof their heart because they will stop at nothing to give you everything.

Love is a bond between individuals sharing everything, includes body as well as soul.It includes the emotion part more than a physical requirement.Love is to give,to take care of somebody you admire. It never asks what you take rather it asks what have you given to your partner.
On the other hand, infactuation means simply you are in a physical intimacy and you are physically attracted to somebody. You believe in give and take. You are not concerned with anybody's feelings or emotions, simply you want his/her body for a physical satisfaction.
