Hello there. This is a question that you can answer for yourself. Think about the technological progress made in the last century. Yes , the U.S. has alien technology, and NO they don't know how to use it. It's all about physiognomy. Humans can't operate them. That's it. And no Bill Gates is not an alien :)) ( in case you would think of asking this next). They are trying to duplicate what they think they have understood. Good luck people, you will need it. I can not believe how rude some of you *** holes are. A computer would look like Alien technology a short while ago but I do not think there is the kind you are thinking about. Advanced secret foreign technology I am certain of it.
