Israel fights the terrorists the way we should if we weren't so wrapped up in our so-called right and wrong policies. An Israeli soldier was kidnapped from his post outside of Hamas territory.
Should the Israelis merely allow Hamas to hold him and probably kill him or should Israel go after Hamas? If you allow terrorists to get away with their terror then they feel they have succeeded and get stronger for the next attack. The only way to resist the terrorists is to go after them with full determination and wipe them out. We could learn a great deal from Israel who has been fighting terorists for many, many years. Take a very tough stand and fight back like all hell broke lose. They admit that they are 100% against Israel and the US and wish to wipe us out.

They are losing focus on the mission. While going in after the hostage is admirable attacking the Pm's office was a mistake. He has been trying to get Hamas under control and now Israel has provided them with more support by going too far. I thought the leaders were smart enough to control the backlash by limiting the response to terrorist. They are hurting people that have nothing to do with the Hamas faction. Attacking the infrastructure of a country was not justified. I personally hope the UN condemns Israel and the US makes them pay for the repairs to the energy supply they damaged.

They have been giving back land every year, but not attacking. Finally, they are doing something about those terrorists, who I can't believe do not know how iincredibly strong Israel is..

Invading Gaza. They've earned it. The Palestinians have denied them as a state and persecuted them for 100's of years. When one of your guys is captured, you do what it takes to get him back.
You don't reason with fundamentalists.
