As i was growing up, I thought i sounded conceited and 'up myself' by thinking I was cool. So i never did think it. But now that I'm older and almost out of my teenage years, I love the person I've become and consider myself very cool

Yes, cool...but not cold.
Cool headed is something different from cold headed.
Being cool is also used loosely to denote various kinds of nature- can be cool headed (not getting carried away easily), cool minded (think positively) etc.

you can't consider yourself "cool"...
others have to tell you that you are a awesome to be around. You raelly can't just walk up someone and say, 'hey, man, I'm cool.. don't mess with me'...
anyway, I'm admired by everyone I know, so yes, I think I have that right to say I'm cool

U would have to let urself analyzed by the company u have. Others can better decide whether u r cool or whatever kind of u r.
