My 6th sense. I would want to fine tune it further to be capable of assisting others.

senses... i think my sight because I'd like to try cheating during exams at a very faaaar distance, like in a small paper hanging above the whiteboard where no one would notice

Or, i wish i can see microscopically to get a detailed picture about the microorganisms surrounding us... how the molecules are arranged.

The sense of touch/feel. If you don't have sight or sound, that's the only thing left. Everything has handles or is ergonomically designed. How many of us know brail?

i would make my taste better so i could enjoy foods more and be able to stand hot foods as i luv curry but my taste buds cant handle it! otherwise i would enhance touch! i would never enhance smell, eew gross! everything would be too strong!

Touch, because then my whole body would be tuned in to the tiniest changes in my environment. And sex would be even more ecstatic.

Smell...
I have allergies all year around. I can't ever smell things.
If I do it's someting that gives me a headache.
