go to Dos Prompt & run this command

convert c: /FS:NTFS /V

where c: is your specified volume drive which you want to convert fat to NTFS file system.

Remember you can not convert NTFS back to Fat32.

You CAN convert from Fat32 to NTFS non destructively, go to the link supplied and follow instructions!!

your question makes no sense

you can convert a fat32 partition to NTFS
ONLY if you reformat the drive, if that is what you are asking
