Well, there might be certain answers to ur question.
1.It may occur because of bacteria infection. Try to use any antifungal soap and always dry-clean ur knob
2. U might use your tool too much. Give it a rest for a while and play safe
3. Use clean undie and if the itching continue, try to put body powder.
4. This infection might came from your partner. Check with him/her whether she has the same problem
5. Consult ur doctor if the itching continue

To be honest, you may have either A. a urinary tract infection. or B. some kind of std. You should get it checkd out right away as some stds have cures. And also inform your recent sexual partner(s) about it as well so they can get checked out too. Dont be embarassed, its better to be safe than sorry!
